We currently only do construction-stage inspections and rental safety inspections. If you’d like to get a property inspected before purchasing it, we’re more than happy to recommend some local inspection companies that we trust.
We currently do not offer dilapidation reports, but we’re more than happy to recommend some local companies that do.
Typically, you don’t need to attend the inspection, but you’re welcome to. This will give you a chance to see any defects first-hand and discuss them with our inspectors directly.
For our construction-stage inspections, the duration varies depending on the project’s size and complexity. With that said, they generally take about an hour, allowing our team to thoroughly assess each critical aspect of your property so they can provide a comprehensive report. As for our rental safety inspections, they take about x. While we allow for 24-hour report turnarounds, we often deliver them within a few hours of the inspection.
We typically do our inspections between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday; however, if you have special requirements, feel free to contact our friendly team, and we’ll accommodate you as well as we can.
Our construction-stage inspection reports include local regulation and compliance issues. For example, if essential fire safety features are missing, we’ll flag each issue and tell you how to fix it. As for our rental safety inspections, compliance is precisely why we offer them.
