This includes electrical and gas safety inspections every 2 years, and smoke alarm inspections every year.
You should arrange a professional rental safety inspection check immediately, or risk heavy fines and potentially your tenants’ safety. You could even lose the ability to rent out your property.

Our rental safety inspections typically take up to 2 hours. While we allow for 24-hour report turnarounds, we often deliver them within a few hours of the inspection.
We typically do our inspections between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday; however, if you have special requirements, feel free to contact our friendly team, and we’ll accommodate you as well as we can.
Typically, you don’t need to attend the inspection, but you’re welcome to. This will give you a chance to see any defects first-hand and discuss them with our inspectors directly.
