Our construction-stage inspections aren’t about passing or failing. The goal is to keep you aware of any suspected defects and help you resolve them while construction is still in progress, not after the builders leave the site.
The cost of a construction-stage inspection depends on the type, size, and complexity of your project. Our detailed consultations ensure we understand your project inside and out, meaning we can provide highly accurate estimates tailored to you.
Our reports include local regulation and compliance issues. For example, if essential fire safety features are missing, we’ll flag each issue and tell you how to fix it.
Typically, you don’t need to attend any of our construction-stage inspections, but you’re welcome to. This will give you a chance to see any defects first-hand and discuss them with our inspectors directly. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand the condition of your project at every stage.
The duration of a construction-stage inspection varies depending on the project’s size and complexity. With that said, inspections generally take about an hour, allowing our team to thoroughly assess each critical aspect of your property so they can provide a comprehensive report. While we allow for 24-hour report turnarounds, we often deliver them within a few hours of the inspection.
