As a landlord, it’s your responsibility to meet rental safety obligations. Otherwise, you could be risking your tenants’ safety and heavy fines. You could even lose the ability to rent out your property. And if you’re a property manager, the last thing you want is to fail your clients.
Our gas and electrical safety checks take compliance off your plate entirely, saving you from the hassle of coordinating inspections. Whichever package suits you best, we offer a fully compliant, done-for-you service that safeguards your tenants and investment (or your client’s investment).
